Promoting First Relationships\u00ae (PFR) program aims to help parents increase their self-confidence, enhance their reflective capacity and strengthen their attachment to their child.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">It is based on the observation that the quality of the relationship maintained by young children with their parents \u2013 or the closest adults \u2013 has a direct influence on their period of 10 to 12 weeks. During the program, different techniques are used. First, your practitioner films you during your interactions with your child and then,\u00a0<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">using these films,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">she helps you explore and reflect on the observed behaviors and what they reveal in terms of feelings and emotions, including in times of difficulty.
